This West Coast-style pale ale uses a copious amount of Amarillo, Simcoe and New Zealand hops, lending it a huge aroma of citrus and grapefruit. There are strong flavors of pine and resin at the end, mixing with hints of spice and orange peel. At 80 IBU, the beer has a bitterness matched with honey to soften the bite.
