Turning 30 (San Diego, CA) – Karl Strauss Brewing is celebrating its many years in the biz with something ENORMOUS. Aged in rye whiskey barrels for more than twelve months, Karl Strauss 30th Anniversary Barrel Aged Imperial Stout is a big and boozy 14.4% ABV limited release that will soon be available on draft and in 500ml bottles throughout California.
Head In The Clouds (Kihei, HI) – Maui Brewing has a new limited release that’s conceptually cloudy. Available for a limited time in cans as well as on draught, Maui Makena Cloud Hazy IPA is a 6% ABV slightly “cloudy” India Pale Ale that’s got its head in the clouds.
