August is just flying by…And brewers are addressing the warm weather with a variety of intriguing new beer offerings that pair brilliantly with the late summer season.

Rasp-Buried (Boone, NC) – Appalachian Mountain Brewery has a new addition to its Sour Series that promises to pair smartly with late summer. Bursting with raspberry and mint flavors, Appalachian Mountain Raspise is a 5.2% ABV Berliner Weiss brewed with raspberry purée and fresh, whole leaf spearmint to keep things bright and right.

Cocktail Inspired (Pacific City, OR) – Pelican Brewing has a fun addition to its Lone Pelican Cocktail Series and this one takes its lead from a classic Cuban Mojito. Brewed with hibiscus, mint and lime, Pelican Jamaicito is a 4.5% ABV Mojito-inspired lager with a sweet lime tartness and an effervescent finish.

Provenance Limed (Austin, TX) – Jester King Craft Brewery is returning a new iteration of its Provenance beers this time with locally sourced limes G&S Orchards that were pulped and processed in the brewery’s kitchen.
