Yikes, July already and American craft brewers are continuing their summer celebrations with a smart roster of beers that are generating a ton of buzz this season.

Score! (Portland, OR) – in  May, 2026 Widmer Brothers launched a new year round as part of the brewery’s “Stay Sunny” brand refresh and its 40th-anniversary celebrations.

Crafted to honor the brewery’s decades-long partnership as the official craft beer of the Portland Timbers MLS soccer team, Widmer Brothers Timber Pils is a 5.1% ABV Northwest-style Pilsner with a distinctly bright, floral hop profile and a crisp, clean finish.

Pace Yourself (San Diego, CA) – AleSmith Brewing has a new addition to its year-round portfolio that we can’t wait to get our hands on. inspired by the brewery’s legendary Speedway Stout. but in a lighter, more sessionable format AleSmith Pace Car is  a smooth and uber-creamy 6% ABV Nitro Coffee Stout with rich and seductive coffee and chocolate tones, complemented by notes of roasted barley and subtle toffee character.

Packaged in 16oz 4-pack cans and draft, AleSmith Pace Car Nitro is now available at the brewery’s taproom as well as online and at many retail outlets in California, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Minnesota, Texas, Illinois, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Virginia and Washington DC

Lime-Timed (Kihei, Maui, Hawaii) – Maui Brewing has just introduced its first packaged non-alcoholic brew that’s an extension of the Maui Light brand.

Light and crisp with a hint of lime, Maui Light NA delivers everything the Maui Light name promises at less than 0.5% ABV and just 35 calories. The beer first poured on draft in Maui’s taprooms statewide back in 2022 as Maui Lime NA. And now it’s available in hitting cans for the first time, reimagined as part of the Maui Light family.

“I’m a beer guy, and Maui Light NA means more moments to crack one open,” said Garrett Marrero, CEO and co-founder of Maui Brewing Co. “We brewed Maui Light NA for the sunrise paddle-outs, the big training days, the motorcyclists, the pilots, and the designated drivers who still want in on the fun. A laid-back brew to enjoy any time, any place
