Milk Shaking Things Up (Exton, Pa) – Iron Hill Brewery has returned something special which was first released in the summer of 2021 as a limited run and sold out within just a few weeks of its debut.
Brewed with lactose and finished with blood orange puree, Iron Hill Orange Creamsicle Milkshake IPA is a 7% ABV India Pale Ale with a silky-smooth mouthfeel reminiscent of the iconic creamy orange sherbet treat.
“Our brewery team worked relentlessly to get the right flavor and creamy mouthfeel balanced with the hops of an IPA,” said Mark Edelson, Founder, and VP of Beer. “In its debut last summer at Iron Hill locations, it was sold out within 3 weeks. So we brewed a lot more this year to keep up with demand.”
Cosmic Comfort (Athens, GA) – Creature Comforts Brewing is renowned for its one-offs and special releases, but they’ve a year round Double IPA that NEVER disappoints. Bursting with Simcoe, Strata, Mosaic, Cascade, and Chinook hops, Creature Comfort’s Cosmik Debris is an intensely hopped 8% ABV India Pale Ale with a bright fruity aroma, firm bitterness, and lighter malt character.
Just The Helles Of It (Portland, OR) – In celebration of Ecliptic Brewing’s newest location, the Moon Room, a small batch venue specifically engineered for lagering, the brewery has introduced the Moon Room Series, an exceptional line of beers showcasing the world’s most interesting lagers.
The sixth release in the series and one of our favorite beer styles, Ecliptic Moon Room Series: Helles Lager is an uber-approachable 5.1% ABV German Style Lager with a subtle sweetness and crisp clean finish. If you’ve never had a true Helles this is a wonderful example of the style.
