Storm Warning (Escondido, CA) – Stone Brewing is joining the multitude of craft brewers introducing lagers with their latest offering. Pumped with bold citrus, pineapple and coconut aromatics and bright lime, orange and passion fruit tones, Stone Tropic of Thunder is 5.8% ABV refresher that’s out there now.
A Funk Up (Orange County, Ca) – For the first time ever, Bruery Terreux will be canning its first foeder aged beer. Tart and complex yet approachable, Bruery Terreux Wit The Funk begins as a Wit ale brewed with coriander, orange peel and traditional Belgian Wit yeast. But things get increasingly wild after it ages in American and French oak foeders with Terreux house culture, Brettanomyces and other yeasts.
Alaskan Spruces Things Up (Juneau, AK) – Alaskan Brewing is returning an award-winning favorite for a second year run and paying homage to Alaska’s official state tree at the same time. Slightly bitter yet imminently drinkable, Alaskan Spruce IPA is a bracing 7% ABV India Pale Ale with a light malt sweetness and spruce berry character.
