Beer Art (Los Angeles, CA) – LA’s Boomtown Brewery just released its latest Can Art collaboration, this time with Joe Tamponi, a trippy West Coast via Italy artist who describes himself as a lazy skateboarder, a punk rock lover small waves seeker. And, oh yeah, the beer. Brewed with Cryo Mosaic, Mosaic, Citra, Vic Secret, and A. Queen hops, Boomtown Superturbo is an 8% ABV Hazy Double IPA available on draft and in those arty cans.
Say Hello To Lundi (Atlanta, GA) – Monday Night Brewing has a new addition to year-round portfolio that sounds interesting. Brewed with Mosaic, Simcoe, and El Dorado hops, but with less of the bitterness commonly associated with bold IPAs, Monday Night Lundi IPA is a 7.1% ABV India Pale Ale with a juicy pleasant sweetness and bright citrusy aromatics.
A Challenger (Cloverdale, CA) – Bear Republic Brewing has a new Challenge Series release that’s a dank-fest. Bear Republic Challenge Series #58 Uber Dank IPA is a big and bold 7% ABV India Pale Ale with a toasty mouthfeel and a sticky hop finish.
Blue Fruit-Forward (Atlanta, GA/Virginia Beach, VA) – New Realm Brewing has a new Sour Series release that features a blue-ribbon combination of fruit. Brewed with blueberries and peaches with added blackberry, sea salt and coriander, New Realm Bless Your Little Tart is a 5.3% ABV southern hospitality-inspired Gose that’s available now for a limited time on draft and in 12oz. 6 pack cans.
A Presence To Mind (Portland, OR) – Von Ebert Brewing just released something special that was inspired by a classic Trappist Ale made at the Brasserie d’Orval and given an American twist. First fermented in stainless steel, then moved to oak puncheons to condition with Brettanomyces for 8 months, Von Ebert Known Presence is a 6% ABV Belgian-style Pale Ale that’s available now in bottles as well as on draft.
