New Brewery Comes To Red Bank

Described by the New York Times as “the Jersey Shore with an urban vibe” Red Bank, New Jersey is fast becoming an active destination for craft beer…and an interesting new family-run craft operation debuted this week.

Founded by husband and wife team, John & Loving Arcara and located on the banks of the mighty Navesink River in in Red Bank’s uber-hip downtown center, Red Tank Brewing is the newest addition to city’s increasingly vital brewing center.

Built in an open ‘chic meets industria’l setting, a  stone’s throw from the beautiful Atlantic beaches and walking distance from the trains to New York City, Red Tank Brewing is dedicated to the art and science of handcrafted beers.

Epic’s Taproom Gets More Epic

Brewery, American Craft Brewery Openings And UpgradesSalt Lake City’s Epic Brewing has upgraded what was once a tap-less taproom that could only accommodate 6, into an expanded and remodeled venue that seats 20. And with a license change and changes in the state’s law,  Epic can now serve 4% ABV beer on draught at its brewery for the first time since they opened in 2008.

This from Epic Co-Founder Dave Cole…..

“The brewery has always been a great place to grab cold, full-strength, beer to go. Our cold case is open seven days a week and holidays, with a selection of over 20 different beers, but sampling them or even just enjoying a pint has been, well, just plain cramped,” “With the new expansion Epic is now a great place to meet your friends and enjoy a few pints comfortably.”

Reformation Brewery Relocates

Brewery, American Craft Brewery Openings And UpgradesAtlanta-based Reformation Brewery announced plans to relocate their main warehouse and production facility to an historic renovated mill house in downtown Canton in 2019 …And they will be opening an adjoining taproom and events space at that time as well’

Located within walking distance to downtown Canton, the new 20,000+ square foot brewery and taproom will share a mixed use area along the scenic Etowah River with easy access to nearby shopping, restaurants and river views.

Reformation Brewery CEO and Co-Founder explained that the timing couldn’t have been better…

It’s not only a unique opportunity to meet our needs for expansion, but also a chance to locate next to the Etowah River and participate in the renewal of a historic mill in the city of Canton.”
