Drinking Bad (Albuquerque, NM) – The home to AMC’s brilliant Breaking Bad television series, will be hosting New Mexico’s biggest craft beer festival this weekend, when the Albuquerque Hopfest returns to the Isleta Resort & Casino, this Saturday August 26^th. In addition to showcasing more than 70 of the region’s most exciting breweries, this year’s beerganza will feature the NM Brewers Guild Education Pavilion… an opportunity for beer-lovers to hang with the brewers themselves.

On The Big Screen – Blame it on the Game of Thrones finale, or whatever you want, but  this weekend’s new movie openings are so weak that Hollywood is reissuing a Terminator movie from 1991! It’s true, James Cameron’s Terminator 2: Judgment Day returns to theaters across the country today, and truthfully, in a world where you can stream movies like this at home whenever you want, we can’t imagine why.

TV Time & Streaming – Game of Thrones’ epic seventh season draws to a close on this weekend and its finale is expected to draw a record-breaking audience for HBO! As is common with these season-enders, the intriguingly titled ‘The Dragon and the Wolf’ runs a good deal longer than is usual. This time it’s an almost 80 minute episode, where some character you care about will probably die.
