The New Belgium Global Conquest Tour Continues (Ft Collins, CO) – We don’t do a lot of distribution news here at ACB. We’re not sure it interests everyone and if we committed to that we’d end up reporting on changes almost daily. But when a craft brewery like New Belgium generates the kind of success that leads to it beer becoming available in every state in the nation, that kind of thing deserves kudos.

Once new distribution into Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and Oklahoma is finalized in April, New Belgium’s beer will become available in all 50 states and that’s a big deal!

And with the brewery having begun building on their Brooklyn Navy Yard operation (which will include a new brewery, office headquarters and restaurant), it wasn’t clear if they’d be able to afford hanging on to their original Williamsburg location, that is now a major tourist destination.

But Now according to a brewery post from last Thursday, the de Blasio Administration’s signaled intention to keep manufacturing in the borough has led to their lease being extended ensuring that the brewery can retain their Williamsburg home through 2025.
