This weekend’s collection of new November beer offerings are seasonal and cold weather-ready!
Peach Perfect (Boulder, CO) – Avery Brewing has a new hazy addition to its growing roster of BIG IPAs. Abundantly hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo and Mosaic varieties Avery Pear of Peaches is a surprisingly easy drinking 9% ABV Hazy India Pale Ale crafted with a fruit-forward hops that pair perfectly with all-natural pears and fresh peaches.
A Fall Lager To Fall For (Hood River, OR) – Fall is a time to turn inward, (it’s also the time to turn back your clocks) and pFriem has new autumn release that you may need to have in hand when you do… A testament to restraint and balance that stylistically walks a thin line between the Munich Helles and the Bavarian Pilsner, pFriem Export Lager is a 5.7% ABV seasonal that pairs brilliantly with late fall afternoons and turning back clocks.
A Holiday Sour (Atlanta, GA/Virginia Beach, VA) – New Realm Brewing just released the latest addition to its uber-interesting Sour Series. Tart, citrusy and primed for the season, New Realm Tart’s Content is a bright reddish bronze 4.6% ABV Berliner Weisse brewed with cranberry, cinnamon and orange peel.
Vietnamese Coffee (New Orleans, LA) – New Orleans is home to a large and vibrant Vietnamese community and Urban South Brewing has a new winter seasonal that captures all that. Named for the traditional Vietnamese style of coarsely ground, strong espresso served with sweetened, condensed milk, Urban South Ca Phé is a creamy lactose-infused 7% ABV Coffee Stout that won the Beer Army Foundation Gold Medal in 2017.
Brewed Brilliance (Salt Lake City., UT) – Squatters Craft Beer has a new addition to its year-round offerings that’s brilliant (if only for its name). Available on draft and in cans throughout the brewery’s’ 20-state reach, Squatters Brilliant Bier is a classic light bodied 5% ABV German-style Pilsner with sweet malt and Noble German hops that power to its spicy and floral aroma.
