As if our readers need another reason to drink, the Brewer’s Association has announced the return of American Craft Beer Week and you need start training immediately so you can be in optimum drinking shape.
This annual “nationwide celebration of the small and independent craft brewers” has always been a rockin good time and this year’s week of craft beer bacchanalia promises to be one of the best ever!
The week-long celebration has long provided a platform for craft brewers and beer lovers to celebrate craft beer – and yet another semi-valid excuse to not cut back on your drinking just yet.

Now in its twelfth consecutive year, American Craft Beer Week (ACBW) kicks off early on Monday May 15th and run through Sunday the 21st.
And as usual, brewers across all 50 states will be throwing all kinds of super-cool beer happenings, including exclusive brewery tours, special releases parties, food and beer pairings, tap takeovers and whatever additional insanity they come up with.
The good news is everything involves drinking! The bad news is there will be so much stuff going on that you’ll need to be strategic to survive.
Unfortunately American Craft Beer Week only runs for a week but perhaps that can change going forward.
