High Collaboration (Denver, CO) – The Collaboration Fest returns to the “Mile High City” this Saturday March 21st and Sports Authority at Mile High is home to it this year. This one-of-a-kind festival will feature upwards of 70 collaborative beer projects from all corners of the country as well as from overseas and it’s going to be absolutely insane!  Epic Brewing is doing a non-traditional American hopped black lager Schwarzbier with Devils Backbone and Ska did this hoppy Belgian with Stone. , THE AMERICAN CRAFT BEER WEEKEND PICKSOn The Big ScreenHunger Game-like franchises can be popular and profitable for Hollywood and last year’s Divergent debuted to big crowds and decent reviews. The second film in the projected dystopian trilogy, Insurgent opens this weekend. Shailene Woodley returns as Beatrice Prior a young heroine in a damaged future who must confront her inner demons and fight against a powerful alliance which threatens to tear her society apart.

Firkin Off (Anaheim, CA) – Farmers Park will play host to the perfect combination of food and drink this Saturday March 21stFirkFest Cask Beer Festival & Chili Cookoff kicks off in Orange County. This debut beerganza will feature more than 50 cask-conditioned ales from 35 0f southern California’s best breweries, but that’s just the drink. TV Time – The second season of the Broadchurch returned to the BBC America network last week and if you were in for the first season (and we were!) you’ll most likely want to , THE AMERICAN CRAFT BEER WEEKEND PICKSrevisit this brooding British crime drama.
