Road Trip! (Stratford, CN) – Two Roads Brewing is returning a very special annual release at the brewery on January 27th and withonly 900 bottles available we suggest that you plan on getting there early. Named after Connecticut’s legendary aviation pioneer, Igor Sikorsky, Igor’s Dream is a hefty Russian Imperial Stout that veers precariously off the beaten path by using a healthy dose of malted rye and then aging it in rye whiskey barrels!
A Valentine’s Day Play (Atlanta, GA) – Second Self Beer has returned a popular seasonal just in time for Valentine’s Day (which is on February 14th, don’t forget). Brewed with cocoa and vanilla, Second Self Bleeding Heart is a 6.9% ABV Amber Ale that was inspired by the classic Southern dessert red velvet cake.
A Shandy That Could Come in Handy (Burlington, VT) – Boston Beer’s Traveler Beer Company has a new fruit-forward low ABV offering that was brewed to transition you from winter into spring. Lucky Traveler Blackberry Shandy takes the pub-inspired ale and lemonade classic and substitute’s fresh blackberry puree.
Muchacho Appreciated! (Birmingham, AL) – Good People Brewing has new year-round offering that looks south of the border for inspiration. Good People Muchacho Mexican-style Lager is a 4.8% ABV easy drinking refresher that’s brewed to pair with another.
Into The Mystic (Atlanta, GA) – Monday Night Brewing has a new late winter release that takes the classic Irish brew in an eye-opening direction. Whirling Dervish is a 4.9% ABV dry Irish Stout with a velvety body and delicate acidity, that’s infused with dark cold-roasted coffee from local partners Batdorf & Bronson.
