Things get more aggressive in our latest collection of June offerings…And we’ve five buzzy craft beer directions that you’re gonna want to chase down as we look to the 4th of July.

Crafted In Jest (Austin, TX) – Jester King just introduced a never-before blend that was inspired by a peach ice cream dessert from EMMER & RYE, one of Austin’s best restaurants. Jester King AURASTONE is a 4.9% ABV blend, brewed with heavy amounts of oats and spelt, refermented with peaches and apricot, aged for 18 months in chardonnay and sauvignon blanc barrels and finished with kaffir lime leaf and pink sea salt. Whew!

Getting The Crew Together (Baltimore, MD) – Heavy Seas Beer has just released its first Uncharted Waters Series release for 2018. Medium-bodied and bursting with huge biscuit, stone fruit, clove and white pepper aromatics,  Heavy Seas Grand Crew is an 8.5% ABV amber toned Belgian-style Grand Cru that spent more than eight months being aged to perfection in specially curated of Pinot Noir wine barrels.

Berry Delicious (Newport, OR) – The most ‘Oregon’ of all Rogue Ales farm beers is scheduled to hit retail shelves for the first time this July. Black Daze (Denver, CO) – Black Shirt Brewing is returning something reckless, and yes, the authorities have been alerted. Brewed in the New England, or more specifically, the Vermont style, Black Shirt Frontmaniac is a 7.5% ABV Double IPA that’s been dry-hopped out of its mind with insane amounts of Citra, Galaxy and Mosaic hops.

Prosaic Mosaic (San Clemente, CA) – Left Coast Brewing has a newbie that is the first of four limited releases from the brewery’s debut Simply Series. Left Coast Simply Mosaic Pale Ale is a 5.5% ABV New England-style, single-hop Pale Ale that’ s a fruit forward celebration of blueberry, tangerine, papaya, and rose petals notes.
