TV Time & Streaming – Netflix is now streaming FX’s original American Crime Story anthology series The People v. O.J. Based on Jeffrey Toobin’s best-selling book on the “the trial of the century,” this 10 episode courtroom drama is driven by a deep and seasoned cast. What Happens In Vegas, Stays In Vegas (Las Vegas, NV) – The 6th Annual Great Vegas Festival of Beer returns to “Sin City” this weekend and things will get wild. Saturday afternoon’s “Grand Tasting” will showcase more than 500 hand-crafted creations from the region’s most talented brewers along with educational seminars, artisan food and killer music. On The Big Screen – It seems like every generation gets its own King Kong remake and the latest variation recently debuted to surprisingly decent reviews. Kong: Skull Island stars Tom Huddleston (who we always enjoy), Samuel L Jackson (who should stick with commercials), Brie Larson (who can be good or tiresome as she was in Netflix’s The OA) and King Kong (who’s always a good time).
A Beer Classic In A Classic Beer Town (Athens, GA) – The 22nd annual Classic City Brew Fest returns to a great beer town this Sunday, April 9th and it’s one of the South’s best festivals. The highlight of Athens Beer Week, the 2017 Classic City Brew Fest will feature more than 400 rare, regional and world craft beers. There’s also a special cask ale pavilion this year with over 30 one-off Real Ales.
