5 Seasonal Craft Beers You Need To Check Out

It’s been unseasonably warm across much of the US …And we’ve still the right beers for this time of year. Plus we’ve a very special limited release from the Funky Buddha Brewery that you’ll absolutely want to get your sweaty little hands on.

Smokin’ (St Louis, MO) – Schlafly Beer just released the newest addition smaller batch Cellar Series and we’re seriously interested in chasing this one down. Full flavored (and bodied) with slightly hoppy notes, Schlafly Smoked Stout is a robust example of what a smoked beer can be.

Can Get Bitchy (Frederick, MD) – Flying Dog just released a tropical take on Raging Bitch one of their bestselling beers.   Flying Dog Tropical Bitch is an 8% ABV Belgian IPA that’s brewed with an abundance of tangerine and mango.                           

Knot Worthy (Tempe, AZ) – Four Peaks Brewing has just begun bottling a once “draft-only” favorite for the first time. Four Peaks Double Knot DIPA is a 9.2% ABV caramel-tinged Double IPA that’s as hop-forward as it is balanced.

Seeing Red (Escondido, CA) – Stone Brewing is returning a specialty seasonal which debuted just last year that has some seeing red. Brewed with a unique German malt called Red X, that’s deftly balanced by a vibrant hop bill, Stone Pataskala Red X IPA is bright 7.3% ABV Red India Pale Ale with a citrusy and herbal finish.

A Love Supreme (Oakland Park, FL) – Funky Buddha has returned what had to be a Valentine’s Day bourbon and Cabernet Sauvignon barrel-aged favorite that takes its lead from the brewery’s  popular Nikolai Vorlauf Imperial Russian Stout. Funky Buddha The Love Below is a massive 12% Imperial Stout brewed with chocolate and cherries.
