Am I Right Or Amarillo (Kalamazoo, MI) – Bell’s recently released a beer that’s only available in Texas, that they brewed to celebrate their entrance into the Lone Star State. As its name would suggest. Am I Right or Amarillo is a 6% ABV American IPA, brewed for Texas (and Texans) that’s fueled primarily on Amarillo hops.
Blood Relative (San Leandro, CA) – 21st Amendment may be later than most when it come to the whole fruit-forward IPA thing…but that doesn’t what they’ve done isn’t exceptional. Intensely aromatic and posed for the warming weather, Brew Free or Die Blood Orange IPA is their popular year-round infused (obviously) with blood orange puree.
Alpha Dog (Baltimore, MD) – Heavy Seas Beer has jumped into the unfiltered IPA game with a vengeance. Fruit juicy and big at 7% ABV, Heavy Seas The Alpha Effect, is one of the brewery’s most interesting new releases in a long time.
A “Show Me” Statement (Kansas City, MO) – Boulevard Brewing recently debuted the first in their new line of sessionable sours, a brewing trend were gonna see more of this summer. Boulevard Show Me Sour is a 4.3% ABV blended American Wild Ale that’s a true pucker pleaser.
Black Buried (San Francisco, CA) – Anchor Brewing looks to California blackberries to flavored their newest “spring-forward” IPA. Anchor Blackberry Daze is their 6.5% ABV blackberry-infused India Pale Ale that’s available now for weekend drinking.
